“iPod touch repair”

I sent in my iPod touch 4 gen for a screen repair and docking connecter repair. After 3 days of not being updated I decided to ring them and was told it was being looked at. After 5 days I rang again and was told it was still being looked at. After 7 days I rang and was told it was unfixable and therefore they were not going to carry out the repairs I had paid for. But they charged me £25 for a drying treatment for water damage! My iPod did not have water damage as it was sent in after being dropped! On receiving my iPod back with shards of glass missing off the screen I was told it was unrepairable and advised not to seek repairs else where as it would cost less to buy a new one.. I contacted Apple that day and was told by them if I bring my iPod into an apple store they will happily replace it with a new one for half the purchase price even though it was out of warranty and uninsured.. I was told 9 days ago I would receive a refund from M Blue for the payments minus the water treatment damage charge. I heve rung them 3 times since then and still have not received any money back!
