We booked on-line but decided a few days later to shorten the duration by 2 days. We phoned them up, they was very helpful, and the booking was altered in less than 10 minutes. The original fee had to be refunded to us, which took 3 days before it went back in the bank, and a new fee for the shortened duration was taken whilst on the phone. There ware these 3 days when two lots of money was not in our bank, but it was our decision and our mistake so we accepted that. There was no charge either for doing this and we was given the same rate for the shortened duration.
Anyway, we pick-up the car and had a great holiday. No problems what so ever with the car and the staff were very helpful. We had used Elephant once before and will continue to use them again.
