“ICS LEARN SCAMMERS!”

i went with ICS learn but i couldnt fit the course round looking after my 3 young children. so i explained about this. i was told to send the course back with the materials and text books etc so i sent it back and i paid for the postage myself. and i got a email telling me ive got to still pay for the full course which is 391.00! i complained about this cos i was told as long as i send the course back the course would be cancelled. and now i m receiving threatening letters from debt collectors asking me to pay 390.00. and ICS learn as also been on my credit file and ruined my credit completely now which is cruel.
