I have been having problems with the delivery of goods that I ordered from Ideal World. Their customer service is beyond ridiculous. I have still not received the goods which are showing as sitting in the depot. I have now had 8 phone calls in relation to the missing goods since 23 April, sent two emails which have not been responded to and have no faith at all that I will ever see the missing goods. I have never experienced such an appauling service, I would not recommend them to anyone.
