“STAY CLEAR!”

when ordering goods it wasn't stated they wouldn't be despatched until all items were instock.They were unwilling to chase the supplier of the out of stock item.The man on the phone was rude and unwilling to pass my query onto the 'buying' dept, no one was in this dept on the Friday and he stated 'there was no point' in asking the buying dept to chase the o/s item, he'd told me all they knew, that the item was out of stock and the order wouldn't be despatched until both items were in their possession. I have never written a review before - but then I have never encountered such an unhelpful company and with a member of staff who are so rude!
