Two weeks before renewjng after being a member for five years I lost total
sound while playing any game, i an unable to reach suppor. Strangly I went on to sight did not log in hit on a game to play and had total sound, I called EA, how helpful I told them I lost all my friend contacts gems etc. I told them that pogo was all I had as I am disabled the reps. comment was "So sorry we can't help" bouncedme back to going to pogo help. Thank you to pogo for taking my only joy away from me and for the loss of all my friends.
