Piazza Volkswagen, Ardmore

I left my car with Piazza Volkswagen at 8:AM for service, called them at 4PM to see how it was going and they acted like my car wasn't even there. Turns out the tech that checked me in forgot to add my car to the roster and tried to blame it on the poor guy who drove me to the train station that morning. Then after refusing to pick me up from work (4 miles away), they send the driver to the wrong train station, which i realized after waiting there for 15 minutes! I ended up walking 3 miles with heavy bags to the dealership to get my car which was not even repaired in the first place. The people on the phone were rude and refused to give the name of the employee that sent the driver to the wrong station so he would not get in trouble.
