“Neff or Naff?”

Bought May 2011. Poor quality manufacture (China), with faults and seriously under-powered. More like 700W compared to the stated 900W. Cost 5+ times more than its Samsung predecessor (which we bought as a cheap stop gap). Replacement Neff is much the same. It matches our built-in oven so it's difficult to find a suitable replacement. I reckon I've wasted 3 working weeks waiting for the oven, just because it's slower than it should be, plus phone time, plus waiting for the engineer to call, plus waiting for engineer 'no shows'. Now, after 2 years of hassle, I've given up.
