“terrible customer service and poor delivery”

I have recieved the worst service from brand alley, I would not recommend them at all. I did not recieved te item that I ordered for as the item was delivered to the wrong address. Three weeks afta placing the order I did not recieve a call back from brand alley to up date me on the status of my order with their delivery service yodel. The worst delivery service in the world is yodel, the delivery man either stole my goods or is sooo incompetent that he gave it to the wrong address. When I finally decided to get a refund brandalley customer service agent rebecca had the nerve to give me hassle and ask me to send her a statment of why I want a refund. I was not offered any sort of compensation or goodwill gesture for my inconvenience. I will never deal with such a poor company ever again, and neither should you!!!!!
