“They Do Not Like Returns!!! Beware...”

Before you even consider buying electronic goods from Maplins... read this first, and then its up to you.... you have been warned!!!
I bought a Touchpad Android last year from these people. It was faulty from the start. They were contacted and the item returned 3 times over a 4 month period. Each time they refused... 1) To replace. 2) Refund.
I had to write to my MP.. Trading standards, and Bank Santander... and the Bank did not want to know... trading standards were about as useful as a blister on a Marathon Run!
I claimed the money back from my bank because the android was bought on my credit card. After weeks of being fobbed off I stopped paying my credit card, and refused to accept the android back from Maplins.
My persistence won and the bank refunded my money.. never even got an apology from Maplins... YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED,,, as others have on this site!
