“JML Halogen Oven”

I bought my first one in Oct 2010 - after 6 months the element stopped working - JML replaced the whole oven under guarantee - the replacement has been working until yesterday and the fans packed in - I contacted JML who said it was out of warranty and couldnt help and suggested I contacted an electrician and advised the fan cant be bought seperately - and mentioned they did offer a 3 year extended warranty but I didnt take them up on the offer - and they were sorry but couldnt help - I mentioned electrical items like fridges, washing machines etc should last more than 1 year and you shouldnt have to 'pay' for extended warranties.

The whole family used it daily - its being missed already! I will go out and buy another and will probably pay for the warranty in view of the comments on here!
