To whom it may concern,
I love iflorist, the quality of the product is amazing and I will continue to use them for all occasions. However having the live chat is good for customer service but the quality and the help provided is extremely poor as it has taken over 4 hours which was over to days to amend my order details. I was under the impression that with the fist conversation I had sorted out the issues. This was not the case. I have been sorting the issues out again and I hope that my order will be sent to my address - Flat C 20 Richmond Terrace Clifton Bristol BS81AA.
I will be recommending iflorist to friends and family but the customer services needs to be looked at.
