“TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE”

We booked a hotel and where unable to go after I took really ill and had to go in to hospital. They had absolutely no interest in providing any kind of credit nor even gift vouchers as a gesture of goodwill as they said it was non refundable booking end of. They also refused to give me any credits towards a free night stay for every 10 nights accommodation booked and paid for and to make matters worse they then declined my cashback through quidco even though they were happy to take the full payment of £230.00 from me. A terrible company, i have since deleted my account with them and have advised family and friends to go to expedia instead. The company i booked my flights with happily give me a credit as a gesture of goodwill on a non refundable booking so I am right in saying that hotels.com don't really care much about anything other than making profits.
