“GiffGaff OK - so far so good”

Been with GG about 3 months and apart from the outage a couple of months ago when service was lost for a day, its been generally a decent reliable service. The £10 goodybag offer is unbeatable at present but my main concern is they will eventually hike the price up as they cannot continue offering 250 mins/unlimited texts/unlimited data at this price for much longer. Cant comment on customer service as hav'nt used it and have had no reason to so far.
