“WASTE OF MY TIME AND MONEY”

I had gone to this aquarium with my college class as this is a part of our exam for travel and tourism. When we had got there, not only were the tickets too overpriced, the woman working on the tills at the reception had such a foul mouth and face. She was called Steph and kept on rolling her eyes at us in disgrace as if she was so much better. She talked with such attitude to us and wasn't helpful in the slightest. When we got into the aquarium (20 minutes later) the whole place was too old and nothing was modernised. There weren't that many fish to be fair either. We only found that there was one show on, which was for toddlers so didn't meet our needs there either. When we found out there was a venom area full of spiders and snakes we were happier but then when we went to look at it, there was only one spider there and two/three snakes. Wen to buy food, it costed £6.90 for chicken nuggets and chips which didnt even look nice, Would reccommend taking own food as prices are ridiculas!!
Total waste of time and let down to go. Would much rather go pets at home. Do not go and waste your money or time with this company.
