We had initial problems with the order - the wrong colour knobs were supplied and they were not packaged very well which resulted in some being damaged in the post.
However, the sales staff were very responsive and sent the correct replacements within 24hrs, as well as a label so that I could return the 1st delivery.
These kinds of issues are more likely to happen with mail orders, and Abodent reponded quickly to my issue and fixed it. Thank you.
