I recently ordered a Nintendo wii fit bundle from a Playtrade seller. After a "Processing in warehouse" message for 3-4 days I contacted the seller. I didn't get a response so tried again a couple of days later. still nothing so I cancelled the order. This was a birthday present and I had to explain why the birthday girl had no present on the day. I think play need to take control of this as I do not think the item was for sale at all. Maybe Play should check with the seller before accepting an order. Very disappointed and will never use Play.com again. Give me Amazon and the Marketplace every time. Never been let down.
