Bad Points
Very noisy, loud bangs which shake the foundations of the house. The door and side panel started to rust within first 12 months, very bad rust spots all over bottom half (freezer section) now 2 years old.

General Comments
Purchased original FFA90 for 499.00 from Comet, no Hotpoint back up because of this it was up to Comet. Internal skin in freezer cracked where drawers slid in and out. Stopped working when 6 months old writing off all the contents of the freezer, the fancy alarm system never indicated any problem. Umpteen call outs, engineer said design fault and that the freezer was unrepairable so wrote it off with a red sticker. Replaced a month later (no fridge or freezer for this time) now selling at 299.00 but not allowed any compensation or change of model option. New FFA90 leaked dark sticky liquid all over kitchen floor within first 12 months. Engineer put a hairdryer on it and said it was fixed. Not! By now the freezer door had rust marks forming, supposedly reported by engineer nothing ever done. Now rusting away at two years old, smell and constantly runs. Looks good (at first) but, in my opinion, an absolute waste of money.
