“Terrible, terrible, terrible”

Fogg insurance were the insurers used by our school ski company. One of our students broke his back and fogg refused to medi evac him home. It was one of the worst experiences I have had and one I never want to repeat, poor communication, shirking of responsibilities, money is clearly more important than the safety and well being of the patient. They started off by booking an upright seat in a plane - he had a broken back! It then got steadily worse. Never use this company. Not even worth 1 star.
