“how to contact JET 2 !!! If someone can solve this...”

The thing I don;t like is when all correct data is sent, one still can,t get on to manage my booking;s, also the contact number at option 6,as one spends at least 10 minutes waiting on reply but usually no reply
I don,t think this is good customer service !!!
