“excellent - aph meet & great at heathrow (purple paking)”

booked aph meet & greet for london heathrow through APH website. believe part of purple parking group or some collaboration as invoice had "purple parking" noted.

changed car few days before travel due to orignal car being unavailable - dealt with email by APH swiftly with no problem.

rang 30m before arrival as per procedure and driver was ready and waiting.

on return rang as soon as landed as per procedure and again when came out of airport driver was ready with car. excellent service. from plane landing to leaving airport took 45mins and glad driver was waiting outside. think they take 25-30 mins to arrive - so driver was probably waiting at least 15mins.

overall excellent value (as did compare price to the usual parking offsite and getting a bus - which i wasnt keen on - especially on return as just wanted to get driving home!)
