absolutely horrendous..purchased goods worth £126 online and never received it. called them several time and eventually they tell me that my items has been lost which is why it wasn't delivered.called Santander cards, raised dispute and yet nothing's been done. i think i might be able to sort this out in a legal manner now and have spoken to legal advisers about it. never going to buy from Topshop again..NEVER..told my friends about it as well......
.....BIG FRAUD...
I would not recommend making an online purchase from Topshop to anyone.
