,After booking a two night stay and booked it, your website contacted me again with the same Hotel with a lower price. Thinking you would price match your own website i called your support center to be told that it would cost me 19.00 and you would hold my credit card for the previous booking for 20 days which would double the amount on my credit card. i find this awful and i will not use you again. you are talking one day between the bookings. how could you not honor that. I will not use you again. You should let your booking customers know that you do not honor dropping rates once you have booked on your own website.
