“Warranty is a joke”

Phone screens repaired by company and sent back with about 7/8 days, however the phone was very unresponsive causing me to constantly be turning it off and on again. I gave it a few weeks to see if it would get better with time - phone still unresponsive, particularly when text messaging. Sent it back to company under warranty and they've told me that they can find nothing wrong with it (so clearly I must be telling a lie and really enjoy not having a phone for a week) and that as well as them no fixing it, they have charged me £10 to send it back to me (though it didn't even cost me £10 to send it to them AND it's under warranty!). Won't use this company again and would not recommend them. Will be interested to see how my phone is when I eventually get it back.
