“Worste service ever”

Absolutely terrible service, we have been left with no gas for over a week with lies told by their customer service telling us they will get back to us and they never do even telling us someone was coming out but no one bothered, we have two year olds who were freezing and dirty, quick to take your money but not quick sorting out their faulty meters taking our money with it... we will be switching elsewhere a.s.a.p....
