“Next to nothing!!!!!!!”

This company are shocking,they have severe customer service issues.Had to go into a shop in Wrexham homeware after being on the phone for 20 mins at my cost,i gave up and went to the store to deal with the problem i had,only to be spoken to like i was rubbish and knew nothing the sales girl had severe attitude,totally rude and unhelpful.Today i have tried to find out if i can order curtains and a roman blind out the new spring and summer directory,to be told all items were sold out and would not be coming back in stock!!!! When i said that summer time ends in october here i was told theirs ends in june,also tried to find other curtains and a blind and again do not have in stock.Explained that they should take them off line then,also add a note when they are gone they are gone to avoid disappointment!Best sellers yet they dont keep restocking umm?Items have sometimes turned up damaged also,an all rounder bad company to deal with in all aspects.If you want to save yourself from any of this...find another department store that is happy to help and as items in stock and grateful for your money.Also to the sales staff..your sales staff and that is lose the attitude and do what your paid to do,customers keep you in your job remember that!!!!!!!
