“ABSOLUTELY AWFUL SERVICE !”

I really can't believe that this company want any business! I rang on a Friday and gave holiday details for 2 families travelling at the same time, spent half an hour telling the agent what we wanted to be told she would call me back within an hour - no phone call came....I rang back on Saturday to be told the girl was not in that day and had to spend another half an hour on the phone telling another girl all our requirements and told again they would call me back..guess what? no return call. I rang again the next day (3 days on) and spoke to a chap who apologiesed and promised faithfully he would find the holidays and call be back, afer 5 hours and I called Alpharooms to be told he was on another call but was looking into our holidays and would call me back - guess what? no return call. I then called Alpharooms again to be told the chap had now gone home and not passed the case onto anyone and that I would have to tell yet another agent all the details again - guess what? I had lost the will to live with this company and will now go a more reliable company. What really is worring if they can be this flippant over bookings, how worrying if you have already booked with them!
Think this is one for Watchdog!
