“great technical support”

Since i have started to use webhosting hub as my hosting their technical staff really help me a lot and always tae 1 step above their responsibility how:
- I had a problem with moving one of my websites (it is 500 mbs) and although they do not do the moving service they did this for me after require their help

- Any time I have problem they always do their best to help, sometimes chat disconnects due to bad internet connection from my side, they search my question and answer me through email.

-Staff is very knowledgable and they are answering the questions with further steps, with step by step ideos. Sometimes for the questions I ask they are telling:
Sir if you do this, next step you will ahve the following difficulty and you can handle the entire process like like: (step by step video link)
