“Finnair customer service is terrible”

Awful to deal with, no response to emails, impossible to call at reasonable cost as international calls are capped at around AUD$5/min
Australian office is not equipped to deal with any questions that relate to points etc... The company has not progressed with the time - I will never fly with them again
