“Lack of Communication and almost a month waiting!!!”

Ordered for the first time with Milly's Kitchen, product arrived within the week, which was rather impressive... only for me to find that it was the wrong product. I phoned and returned it, being told that they would send out a replacement... 1 week later, still nothing, I had to phone again... to be told it was out of stock but should be there that day and they would send it out... 1 week later... STILL nothing... I had to call again and was told I would be phoned back and that my case was being monitored... no phone back and a couple of days later, it arrived.
Poor communication effort and would have to seriously consider ordering from here again.
