“limited support, and mail not compatible with Firefox”

No down time that Im aware of, except on e-mail: I was once one whole day without being able to access my mails.

Their support service is only available Monday to Friday, office hours. They are not very fast at responding and often give the impression of copying their answers from a book without reading the question properly first, hence wasting your time and theirs.

Their webmail is not compatible with Firefox or Thunderbird, so you have to use IE as their technology is outdated. There is no email filter option and the mail application is incredibly slow to load anything up.

The control panel is not that intuitive but you get used to it. It is also flagged as "not trusted" by Firefox, which makes you wonder...

Pretty disappointing, overall and I desperate to fine a better host before my renewal date.
