“Exemplary Customer Service. ”

I bought a duvet and a couple of pillow cases and they were sent to me here in Spain. Firstly their postage costs compared to online competitors was much better. Secondly the products themselves where great; the duvet is great. The pillow cases are great but we had a problem with on and Gordon from customer services didn´t hesitate to post me out a replacement.

Service like that makes you feel that you count as a customer. To me that´s vital.
