Terrible experience. Hours and hours of waiting. Incorrect parts ordering. Staff not knowing how to do the work. Incorrect information. Nightmare. Job incorrectly completed had to take car back. And again. Third time - broken plastic covers and parts falling off doors - 'its our word against yours'. Legal advices was that in fact it was theirs vs trading standards. Terrible. I would never ever spend a four figure sum with these people again.

What did I like - promises when I handed the car over for repair.
