“i want to change them!”

I been their customer for 7 years, rang this organisation on 22 March 2012 to provide them with the meter reading for electricity and gas readings to provide me with an estimate amount due to pay. The bills were generated and the information provided by staff was inaccurate, doubt they can understand their own billing system. Historically, I have a direct debit set up and paid my bills when issued. This woman hired by Atlantic(her name Evelyn Georgiana) told I was in arrears, as direct debit did not collect the whole amount due previously, which is untrue she was keen to give me lenghty explanations and if I asked for more details she would say that I do not allow her to explain! She wanted me to listen to her! listen, listen The call was transferred to her manager who was ok when giving me the total of bills to be paid. She told to her manager that I do not want to pay the bills. This call left me with a bitter taste in my month, and think it would be best to change them.!
