After booking what seemed to be an awesome deal, we got a phone call the next day saying that the price of the flight had gone up and that we needed to pay in an extra £100. I tried to argue that we would not pay the extra money but was assured that if we waited any longer, we might loose the holiday as seats were limited. it felt as though we were forced into booking this holiday. When I got home, I did not receive any confirmation email so thought that I would need to still confirm everything. I left 5 messages the following day and two emails but still no response from our "friendly agent". I managed to get hold of another agent who informed that the holiday was booked and paid for, £165 more expensive than what we had originally booked at. We will loose 100%of our money if we cancel so now we are dreading on going on holiday at the moment. They claim to say that "To us you’re more than a customer " which is obviously not the case and we will never book with them again.
