WRITE A REVIEW

“Good but could be much better”

I recently rejoined Bannatynes in Banbury. Manager who initially saw me was very efficient and friendly but almost too quick to get rid of me. Essentially the customer is not left feeling special. Went to changing rooms and overheard two women saying how dirty the place had become.
Used the gym - great. Swimming pool and jacuzzi - great. Went for a bite to eat - not so good. Watched from the eating area with interest. Customers left at 'bar' area with no one serving. Phone rings for ages. Dirty plates around my table not promptly picked up. Bits of detritus on the floor. Needs a really good Hoover - everywhere! Needs more customer focus.
Nearly there - people are nice but needing direction from great managers.
