WRITE A REVIEW

“Excellent service, good food ...”

... what more could you ask for? Staff always very polite, especially in restaurant (restaurant manager, lovely man). The food is fantastic, and offers of a variety of main dishes and sweets (my fav: the creme caramel!)

Rooms are nice and clean, maybe a bit basic, but if you're on holiday how long do you expect to be in the room?? Any probs re more pillows, etc were soon rectified by polite cleaning staff. I did feel tho, that it would have been 'good' to have been supplied with a toilet brush (to save any embarrassments!!) A kettle would also have been useful for instant drinks at night and 1st thing in the mornings.

I felt it a bit of an inconvenience to have to pay a 20 euro fully-refundable (I believe) deposit on the remote control for the tv as, if you are on the 9th floor and get to your room expecting to see the tv whilst unpacking, and then find out you have to go back down to the reception for this service you could be a bit put out!

Other than that, no complaints whatsoever. It is close to the shops and some clubs/pubs, John & Josephs across the road (1 euro a pint), not too far a walk from the beach, phone service in the hotel AND straight across the road, free ISP (internet service provider), even an office across the road that can sort out trips, wheel chairs, etc, for you. What more could you ask for a brilliant holiday? Enjoy.
