“Flowers looked pathetic”

My son sent me some flowers for Mothers Day the roses were half dead carnation had no head on,most uninspiring flowers I have seen for a long time. Have tried all day to-day to complain but no chance of getting through engaged all the time no doubt lots of complaints. WOULD not recommend to anybody......
