My purchase was 2 weeks before my ski trip. I received an email to say the purchase had gone through then heard no more. 3 days before my trip after a chasing email I was informed that Two Seasons were out of stock and the money was credited back. Why it took a week and a half to let me know I have no idea. This also meant I didn't have the kit for my trip. Not Happy!
