“Mothers day ruined 18TH MARCH 2012”

I am a merchant sailor so being away from home for special occasions has been something I have come to live with. I ordered a mothers day package from at least 10 days prior.

Nothing has arrived...

So far I have spent most of the morning speaking from the vessel I am serving on to both moonpig and the couriers. Moonpig have been at best blasé about the matter.

To make things worse they told me that our package had been delivered and it was under the car ??? Is this a usual practice to walk past a door knock and bell.

My mother is 63 and distressed...I am away from home with limited communications (@Avonmouth port till 1600)

At best I would call this a disaster and a terrible mothers day...
