Good Points
Good value for money
Bad Points
Those interested in the welfare of the gators might not enjoy the gator wrestling.
General Comments
We visited Gatorland as a half day filler before heading back home to England. It is an amazing way of seeing plenty of gators. You get to see the gators being fed but you also get to see the jumporee show where the gators jump for dinner! You also have to opportunity to pay for a little bowl of nectare and endure lots of parrot type birds landing on you (if that sort of thing takes your fancy!). There are several types of snakes, some native to Florida. The shows are good too, the Upclose show features snakes, big spiders and interaction by members of the audience. The gator wrestling is educational but wasn't my cup of tea. I didn't agreee with gators mouths being taped up just for the opportunity for little kids to sit on it's back for a photo. All in all it was good and I'd probably go again.
