“Terrible customer service. Dreadful company. AVOID!!”

Ordered 3 items for £41, money immediately taken from my PayPal account. 5 days later got an email from PayPal to say I had recieved a refund from Two Seasons, company did not have the courtesy to write an email informing me of the refund as some of my order was "out of stock". I had to work out from the refund what items had been refunded and "out of stock". The only item left was for £5.20 but they were still happy to charge me the £3.50 postage. If I had known they were not going to fulfil the whole order I would have cancelled this item bearing in mind the delivery costs. After emailing the company they did refund the postage but no apology. Took another few days to get this refunded. Would never use this company again. Never trust a company that takes money before it has the goods. Bunce of chancers!!!
