“poor customer service”

I received confirmation of my online order with this company detailing free delivery within 2-3 weeks. After 3 weeks I contacted them to ask when the bed would be delivered. The internet sales person wasn;t available and I didn;t get to speak to him for a further 2 days as he didn;t phone back as promised.
He told me they couldn;t deliver to my area after all and he had only discovered this after I had called 3 weeks after placing the order!
I was told they only check their internet sales once every 3 weeks which I find quite ridiculous, especially as my credit card had been charged.
To summarise,
Internet sales person was quite rude, did not offer an apology or an explanation as to a)why the web site states free mainland delivery when this service is not readily available, b)why they didn;t contact me before expected delivery time to let me know this, c)why they charged my card when they couldnt deliver the goods

VERY POOR customer service, would not recommend......
