“3 weeks and no answer...”

I ordered £210 on line, they send me mail said my order is on it's way on February 21.
Now it's been 3 week, every time i email them, only get auto reply and still no one can help.
I love topshop a lot, but after few time unhappy shopping on line experience,
I rather choose ASOS.... their customer service is much better.
I feel Topshop is too proud of them self....
i'm really disappoint with this kind of company.
Very unfriendly, especially to oversea customers....
