We have been using Voiptalk for some time now and although generally the service is reliable the customer support isn't.
I downgraded my service to pay as you go 2 years ago and notified them in writing and received an email back as confirmation. However, when I noticed they were still charging me 2 years on they said I must of re-activated it (when it was not in my interest to do so and why would I after downgrading it) and so basically tough!
No, sorry or compensation or anything. But I've paid £120 for a service I didn't use!
