in touch shortly 10 days later sent email to cancel and ask for refund wont deal with them again this is second time I have dealt with them, first time service great now no good they seam to lull you into thinking they are ok then don't bother when you order again. if not in stock why not say so

Avoid This Fraudlent Company
Ordered Dyson motor and filters, promised same day dispatch then come up with excuses saying items have to be ordered in. A week later items were sent out, received a filter not genuine and not in any retail packaging and not even for the correct model. Their customer service is appalling and rude. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

We Too Should Have Read The Reviews
Ordered Kirby shampoo, when it did not arrive we contacted Sparesaver who assured us that it would be dispatched that day. further calls got similar stories of the stock having now arrived and would be sent out. We finally cancelled the order and had to contact Paypal to get our money back.
Exactly the same happened to us with a different product, we got our money back through paypal today! 16/03/2013.
Now got product cheaper from Amazon

Wish I Read The Reviews
I ordered my goods on 25th Aust 2012, wish I had read the reviews as no goods, emails returned and phone number unobtainable! Where do I go now money taken from my account?
Seems I wont be seeing that again BEWARE!!!!!
I had the same problem. I paid thru Paypal, so raised a dispute.
PayPal contacted them and they emailed me 3 times in 1 day to apologise because their new system is not working.
They told me phone number not working either so we have to call them on 01634722220 as stated on their website!

International Buyers Avoid
Ordered replacement motor and filters for Dyson DC08 from Australia via Spacesaver website, money taken and order number given then later order cancelled without advice. Nothing delivered, no refund, no response from numerous emails.

Misleading Website. Non-delivery, No Updates.
Website over promises and under (doesn't) deliver. Does not live up to the glowing testimonials in the banner. Two weeks without the ordered part or a working hoover, and I have finally received confirmation from PayPal that a refund has been issued.

Would Not Recommend As An Internet Company
I wish I'd read the reviews on this site before I'd made my purchase. I bought a replacement hose for my Dyson (apparently genuine product). It starting splitting within a couple of months, my original hose lasted years!! I emailed sparesavers and had a delivery fail message so I don't know if you can contact them by email anymore (used email address from their website) so I rang and spoke to Aaron who told me to send it back and they'd have a look at it,as the hose is the main part of the vacumn I asked how long this would take and was told it could take several weeks. I have decided not to bother as from reading the recent reviews I doubt I would be sent either a replacement under warranty or my faulty one back if people are still chasing to have their money back. I don't know where to go with my complaint but I often wonder with internet companies if they are done from someones front room! I will definately check reviews on future internet businesses I deal with and wouldn't recommend this one.
