awful place- rip you off- promise you things and do not carry them through!1st occasion I took my ring to be resized (ring previously bought from there) I paid extra for more gold to be put into the ring as it was being made bigger- picked my ring up and the band was very thin- they hadnt added the extra gold! even though I had paid extra for this!!So as you would expect I was not happy and they sent my ring off again to add the extra white gold...My ring returned and i went to pick it up from the store only to find whilst adding the gold they had crushed my stones (cubic) in the ring and made them mis shaped!... they tried to deny this and said it would have to be sent to the workshop to be checked- again it was sent off (without my ring for 2 and half months at this point)repeatedly going into the shop to see whether it had arrived back for another 2 months to repeatedly get fobbed off by Joan.recieved a phonecall from Joan stating they cannot fix my ring and no longer stock this ring (a present from my mother and father) So my mother would have to dig out the original receipt with purchase price on and I had to pick a different ring to replace it! at this point we was unsure whether my mum still had the receipt as it was purchased 5 years previous! Joan told us she didnt believe we had purchased the ring for the amount we stated an if we couldnt find the reciept she wouldnt be giving us a new ring! so not only do they ruin my sentimental ring but also call us liers! and have no record of the price they sold it at on there side....luckily we found the receipt and I got a new ring of same value... SHAM of a Jewellers0 out of 10!
