“www.fly.com are scammers”

I tried using this website www.fly.com to book flights to Australia. After putting all the details through I got an email saying they were putting a request and the final payment could be subject to change by third parties. The next day I got email saying that payment failed due to card error. This lead to me being charged £100 cancellation fee as apparently it is stated in their terms and conditions. I've found them to be poor commuicators, they basically said that it was my fault and they will take the money. I got one email after I complained they weren’t replying to me, saying that while they argee with me the unfairness of it, the other part of their company were not nice people and will do what they want and there was basically no way I was going to get my money back.

I contacted my credit card company to ask why payment failled. It was due to the fact the company tried to do 4 transactions for £1 each it flagged up fraud on my card so my bank had block it. Fly.com also took £17.88 out of my bank and then refunded the same amount for no reason I know of. Because of their actions they cause my payment to fail. They then charged me £100 for cancellation for they mistake and not admitting it was there fault... this is currently ongoing.
