“terrible delivery service - Sunday Times Wine Club”

Ordered before 8am on the day before the delivery was required.

Website said order before 2pm and pay extra 8.99GBP to get it guaranteed the next day, which we did.

It was a last min present for a friend's 50th.

The following Sunday evening we recieved an e-mail saying that the delivery was 'On it's way'.

What transpired thereafter was a disrespectful list of e-mails.

First up was an e-mail appology and a refund of the 8.99. Not good enough considering that we only used their service because of the next day delivery option.

Finally when we had explain how disappointed we were they said they would send champange and a letter. Still not recieved those.

Terrible money grabbing service. They brush you off once they have your cash. Delivery was close to a week not the next day as promised and paid for. AVOID.

At the same time ordered flowers from M&S for next day delivery. They did exactly what they said they would do. Recommended.
