“When does cancelled mean deliver it anyway and charge me”

Yet again another terrible experience with currys, pc world.

Firstly I tried to buy a new desktop and printer in my TWO local stores but one store was more concerned with their mobiles - while the other spent 30mins trying to sell me add-ons before telling me I need to wait an hour for the display model I was getting to be ready. Don't remember asking for that one? Thanks and by. So the next day I decided to order online - how that that go wrong?

Well I ordered on pc world, but was not allowed to select my delivery address so called the customer service team to cancel my order. The young Yorkshire lad said it was done and put me through to sales so I can order the package again but choose my work address. 9am the next day everything arrives at work - great, well not quite - my wife calls me to confirm that my package has arrived at home - erm.... Turns out I have been charged twice for two packages. Called customer service and now I have to wait for them to pick up my computer on thursday any time between 8 and 5 - like i'm lucky they offerthis service.

I have vowed never to use currys , dixons or pc world again, this my 3rd order in 2012 and between them and their equally terrible deliver company yodel - they have yet to fulfil an order with making an error which cost me time or money.
